I was interested by my personal viewpoint of the world from a young age. Surrounded by art and creative family friends as a child, looking back, it was something that influenced me hugely. I've been taking photos professionally for a few years now and am still learning so much every time I shoot. I rarely shoot digital and like to shoot film as much as I possibly can. It just feels real and honest and the colours and skin tones are as close to how they are in real life, which for me is something that makes an image, when you look at it and it feels real, like you're there or you've seen the person pass by you in the street. I specialise in portraits which allows me to explore my fascination of photographing somebody else's world."
